Computerized Gate and Perimeter Fencing

At Exit 17 Self Storage, we secure the facility with a steel chain link fence and computerized access gate. When you rent storage you are issued a gate access code, which allows you to enter the grounds between 7AM and 9PM 365 days a year. Only those with a code can enter. If you need 24 hour access, please contact us to discuss.

Surveillance Cameras

In order to provide the highest level of security our facility is monitored 24 hours a day by security cameras.

Security Lights

Our high quality outdoor lighting provides added security and peace of mind. Indoors we have motion sensors that are triggered as soon as you walk in the door.

Climate Controlled

With our heated and cooled units, your belongings will weather the most extreme conditions even when it's hot and humid in the summer or cold and damp in the winter.

Wide Access Aisles and Drive-up Access

We make it easy to move in and out. Our rows of storage units are generously spaced so that, for many units, even a tractor-trailer can maneuver in them. Make sure to discuss with us how you are planning to deliver your goods so we can best advise you on accessibility.

No Deposit, Month-to-Month Lease

We require no deposit when you move in and rent month-to-month for your convenience. When you move in and out during the month, we prorate your rent so you only pay for the time you are storing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and we can even arrange to have your credit card billed automatically each month
